2027 Wedding & Event Structure

Bluffdale Orchard is a private residential retreat rather than a commercial event center. Weddings and organized gatherings must be disclosed and approved before booking.
Up to 50 Total Guests
For approved 2027 events with 50 or fewer total attendees, there is currently no additional event fee.
51 to 75 Total Guests
Approved 2027 events with 51 to 75 total attendees are currently subject to a flat $1,500 event fee.
Event Date Reservation Fee
Approved weddings and organized events require a $2,500 Event Date Reservation Fee to secure the requested event dates.
Larger celebrations are not included in the standard private-event structure. Couples may inquire about whether a separately approved event plan is possible. Any larger event would be subject to property approval, applicable city or county requirements, parking, safety, sanitation, food, noise and other permits or conditions that may apply. Approval is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
